The hosts have given exceptional attention and care to every detail. It's clean, well-decorated and appointed. I love the labels they've applied to various necessities, like "Towels" on the cabinet doors and "Coffee and Tea" where those items can be found. The water pressure in the shower is the strongest I've experienced anywhere. I told the hosts that I can't give them only 5 Stars because they and their rental deserve 10 Stars. I will definitely stay there again, and I highly recommend it. Great place to stay for visitors to Howard Payne functions or vacationers going to enjoy the beautiful water at Lake Brownwood.
