Jan 12, 2025 Liked: Location Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### Appliances not working and place could have been cleaner \-Smoke alarms had been pulled out of the ceiling and wires were hanging where smoke alarms should have been.-Thermostats were hard to use to adjust the temperature, especially for someone who never used that type before.-Microwave had no power to it.-Toilets did not flush when we arrived; we had to fix them ourselves.-Stove did not work well. Only 1 out of 4 burners worked properly, and it was a small burner on the very back of the stove, so it was difficult to cook.-Kitchen was poorly equipped. We had to buy a pot to cook soup in, and borrow a skillet and other cookware.-The dishwasher was dirty or moldy inside, so we did not attempt to use it. We washed the dishes by hand.-The pipes under the kitchen sink leaked.-The ironing board was dirty.-There was a car parked in the driveway, so we only had one parking spot, and other family members had to park in the street.-There was play equipment for the children in the back yard. Most of it was OK, but the swing set was unstable so my kids were afraid to use the swings.-I think if all of the above problems were fixed, it could be a really nice house to stay in. It was spacious and had lots of bedrooms, and a place upstairs where the kids could play and work on their online schooling, and the dining area was a nice place to host family and friends. The washer and dryer were extra large and they worked well. The house is in a nice neighborhood and convenient location. The flowers in the yard are pretty. ##### Robert H.
