Pretty mich everything inside it is brand new. From appliances to furniture. You will love the quiet neighborhood along with your family. The house capacity is for four adults as we have a queen sixe bed and also a comfortable sofa bed. The backyard has a new picnic bench and a charcoal BBQ grill. A 65’ TV with streaming channels on top of high speed internet make the house great for family entertainment and working from home. The club house is just a few minutes drive / walk and features a nice pool and a heated jacuzzi along with a fitness room.
