« We came to Nevada City to visit family, the Creekside Hideaway was the perfect accomodation for us. We are active seniors and enjoyed the easy access of downtown NC restaurants and shops. « Let me start off by saying the two-star review seems a bit harsh. Here are my thoughts. Indeed, the pool lights go off at 9pm and you can't be loud past that time. The neighbors aren't super close, but I'm sure this property had issues with noise in the past and that probably ruined it for everyone going forward. « We really enjoyed our stay in Nevada City. The location was great and very walkable to shops and restaurants. Parking was easy. The narrow driveway was ok, but lots of street spots were available right across the street. The home is very nice. All the bedrooms were very comfortable and bathrooms had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked with a nice variety of things people had left such as spices, cooking oil, etc... I think its nice when some of those things can become communal...
