In the centre of Kallvik 25 km from the centre of Linköping, in a quiet position, 50 m from the edge of the forest, 300 m from the lake, 300 m from the beach, in the countryside. Bathing jetty. Private: natural state property 1'200 m2 with flowers and trees, beautiful garden to relax, pond. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fish-processing table. In the house: sauna (extra). Hot tub (extra). Rowing boat, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 9 km, grocery 14 km, supermarket 25 km, shopping centre 25 km, restaurant 14 km, bus stop "Vårdnäs vägkors" 7 km, railway station "Linköping" 30 km, sandy beach "Stora Rängen" 300 m, bathing lake "Stora Rängen" 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, fishing possibilities 300 m. Nearby attractions: Astrid Lindgrens Värld 80 km, Kolmårdens Djurpark 90 km, Bjärka Säby Slott 15 km. Hiking paths: Viggebyleden 10 km, Kyrkleden Bjärka säby 15 km, Västerbyleden 4 km.

Spacious and bright, renovated in 2022, modern and tasteful furnishings: living room with 1 sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace furniture, barbecue, conservatory, sitting area. Beautiful view of the garden and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smoking house. Private mooring. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
