Very quiet area. House was great for a couple. Well stocked. Enjoyed the hot tub and wraparound porch. Everything was perfect! Enjoyed the hiking and fly fishing at the park which is not too far. Zip lining was also fun.

This is exactly where you want to stay. We’d never been to broken bow before so got this place by chance. You want to stay in this neighborhood! This is a NICE house/cabin and the location is private. Very thoughtful design and you can tell they take pride in this property. Close to everything too, again IDEAL location!

We absolutely love the Fancy Farmhouse! It had everything we needed for a wonderful, relaxing getaway. The pictures in the listing do not do it justice. It's so beautiful and located in a very quiet, peaceful area not too far from local restaurants and attractions. I definitely recommend staying at the Fancy Farmhouse. We can't wait to come back in the future.

We loved this house! The location is great! Not too far from everything, but far enough away for some quiet. The only thing to be aware of is there were no spices or seasonings in the house so you will need to bring some or buy some in one of the grocery stores if you plan on cooking.

#### Good Farmhouse Getaway 

Overall, we had a great time! We love the hot tub when it was cold out! And the seclusion is great! You feel isolated in nature but around other people so you feel secure! It can be a little challenging finding the property in the dark! The Television outside is non operational as well. One of the burners also wouldn’t ignite but other that it was a true farmhouse experience! I would definitely recommend this property!

#### Favorite Farnhouse

My husband and I booked the Fancy Farmhouse for a peaceful, quiet getaway before my upcoming surgery and I’m so glad we chose this house! We have stayed at well over 10 different houses in Hochatown over the past few years and the location of the Fancy Farmhouse was by far the most serene and peaceful area we have ever stayed at! The house was beautiful and oh goodness was the bed amazing! We spent most of our time on the wraparound porch, enjoying the quiet, watching deer and listening to the rain! It was just what the doctor ordered and exactly what we needed! Thank you so much for having us and we definitely will be back! : )

#### Loved the place!

Very well designed it was so quiet and relaxing! The only issue was the bedding was dirty! We had to wash the sheets and blankets before sleeping in them. And the floors had not been sweep or mopped. We called to report it and never heard back from anyone after we sent the pictures of the mess. But other than that it was a beautiful cabin. We will be returning in a couple of months. #### Great cabin but poor maintenance

The cabin was great with good amenities. Very clean and has everything you might need. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the hot tub for our 3 days as it was continually over 110 degrees. The hot tub kept showing error messages that it had overheated and was shutting down. We emailed the address given to us with no response. We also had 3 TVs with 6 remotes but 2 of the TVs would not respond to ANY of the remotes so we could watch them. The soap dispensers by the kitchen abd bathroom sinks are broken as well.

Great place to stay. It has everything you need and close to the distilleries, breweries, restraunts, and bever bend state park.

Such a cute little farmhouse cabin! Very clean and had everything we needed. Close enough to all the fun stuff Broken Bow has to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the Fancy Farm House. We have traveled to Broken Bow on many occasions. This occasion was our 19th wedding anniversary and it was one of our best stays yet!
