Book now for a relaxing getaway!\` Many of our guests come to Southeastern Oklahoma for the bass fishing, trout fishing, and boating and just need a cabin that gives them a full, ready to cook kitchen, comfortable beds, and a chance to watch TV or sit on the deck - Simple yet comfortable. Our 4 Oaks cabins have you covered! These cabins give you the choice of either a 1 bedroom and 1 bath or a 1 bed studio plan with a bathroom. All the cabins feature kitchens supplied with all the dishes, pots, pans, and utensils you will need for basic family meals. Each cabin has a fire pit and charcoal grill that are just waiting for you to strike a match. Back decks and covered front porches make a great place to relax and watch the sun set on a busy day - All cabins also include a hot tub in a private gazebo. All cabins are also outfitted with Free WiFi. You will also have access to the centrally located laundry cabin that is centrally located between the four Oaks cabins. But sportsmen aren’t the only ones who will enjoy the simplicity of a 4 oaks cabin. Because the cabins are within walking distance of each other and share a covered pavilion and group fire pit, they make great places to get larger groups together. Family reunions, class reunions, church groups – you name it. This cabin is pet friendly. Guests may have two (2) small dogs with a $20 per night non-refundable pet fee. All dogs must be kenneled if left alone in the cabin. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or in/on the beds otherwise additional cleaning fees may apply. During your stay you will have access to all unlocked areas of the property. Cabinets, closets, and any outbuildings which are locked are not available for guest use. The amenities provided for each cabin are for the use of that cabin only. You will also have use of the following at each Kiamichi Cabin: \- Fire pit – firewood not provided \- Free Wi-Fi \- Grill – most properties have a charcoal grill, a few still have gas grills. \- Hot Tub \- Washer and Dryer Located in separate wash house shared between 4 Oaks cabins. It is accessible with same code as your cabin. We use express check-in and checkout. Our goal is for you to have the least amount of interaction with our staff as possible. If some issue does arise, we will work to keep interruptions to a necessary minimum. Staff and management are local to the area. Directions & access code are sent out a week prior to arrival using one of the following methods: Kiamichi Cabins Website or Agent Bookings – information will be emailed one week prior to scheduled arrival. VRBO / Expedia Family - – information will be emailed one week prior to scheduled arrival. AirBNB - – information will be sent through the AirBNB messaging app one week prior to scheduled arrival. Our office is not open after 5pm or on weekends – emails are not checked regularly during this time. Located in the heart of Kiamichi country lies the incomparable splendor of Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Beaver’s Bend State Park, the Ouachita National Forest and the Kiamichi Mountains, this is the place to lose yourself in hunting, fishing, hiking, canoeing. The place to find yourself while surrounded by tall pines, crisp rivers and clean mountain air. The place to make memories that you will draw on for a lifetime. The Beavers’ Bend / Hochatown area does not have public transportation. There is at this time a private ride share company that will pick up and drop off between most cabins and area attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc. There is currently not any Uber or Lyft options. All cabins located in the Hochatown area are 5 to 15 minutes from most destinations around the lake and park. This of course depends on traffic. Summer and other peak holidays experience higher traffic, typically Fridays after 2pm and Saturdays between 10am and 4pm. Offpeak weekends and midweek stays should expect shorter traffic times Cabins located further north of Hochatown are an additional 15 to 30 minutes from the Hochatown area. This additional distance should not be impacted by traffic. The park and lake itself are free to enter, there is however a fee to park. During peak periods you should plan on a wait at most restaurants. This Property is dog Friendly - Please see the following for restrictions/ guidelines/ fees. \* 2 dogs maximum \* weight limit of 80 lbs for a single dog or Check in time is 4PM or later. Check out time is 11AM. Additional fee of $100 will apply to late check-outs unless otherwise approved. All cabins are Non-smoking. RVs, Campers, and Tents are not allowed to be used on cabin property, overcrowding fees will apply. ATV and similar vehicles are not allowed to be ridden on the cabin property. The use of Fireworks and/ or Guns is prohibited on cabin property. Hot tub covers are to remain in place when not in use. Do not stand, sit, dance, or otherwise use the cover for anything other than its intended purpose. Pets are welcome at Kiamichi Cabins on a Cabin by Cabin Basis with the following restrictions: Maximum of two (2) dogs. If bringing a single dog, the weight limit is 80lbs. If bringing 2 dogs, the weight limit per dog is 40lbs. No dogs are to be left unattended. All dogs must be kenneled if left at cabin. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or on the furniture. An additional fee of $20 per night will apply - regardless of how small or cute your dog is. Only about 9 miles from Friends Trail for hiking and exploring the river! Host were amazing and the camp ground was perfect for us to ride our bicycles every morning as well. It rained the whole weekend, but we enjoyed the cabin and hot tub. Great location. Sunday night we even seen a firework show from the back deck. We were able to cook our meals as we pleased (you will need all seasonings). We utilized the pull out couch as our living room lounging and slept great in the bedroom. The hot tub was a huge plus. The Tall Oak Cabin was in a great location with just enough seclusion from the main road. We enjoyed our stay especially with the use of the hot tub and fire pit. The only problem we had with the cabin is the lack of essential items such as salt and pepper (there was only one pepper shaker), no ice machine/ice tray, and the cabin has a guest book, but no pen on property to write about our experience. We had an enjoyable time. The cabin was perfect and it was such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. There was a nice variety of things to do, the kids were not bored.
