I also had to reach out a few times for access information the day before and day of check in to the cabin. I was told last minute that I needed to fill out some forms. We did have a broken AC upon arrival and it took about 4 hours to be fixed, but they did come and repair it! I do wish during Covid that cleaning had been a bit better. Kids handprints were on back door glass and we felt like sheets for fold out couch had been overlooked and not washed. However, had another set in master bedroom and those were clean.
