Book now for a relaxing getaway!\` Many of our guests come to Southeastern Oklahoma for the bass fishing, trout fishing, and boating and just need a cabin that gives them a full, ready to cook kitchen, comfortable beds, and a chance to watch TV or sit on the deck - Simple yet comfortable. Our 4 Oaks cabins have you covered! These cabins give you the choice of either a 1 bedroom and 1 bath or a 1 bed studio plan with a bathroom. All the cabins feature kitchens supplied with all the dishes, pots, pans, and utensils you will need for basic family meals. Each cabin has a fire pit and charcoal grill that are just waiting for you to strike a match. Back decks and covered front porches make a great place to relax and watch the sun set on a busy day - All cabins also include a hot tub in a private gazebo. All cabins are also outfitted with Free WiFi. You will also have access to the centrally located laundry cabin that is centrally located between the four Oaks cabins. But sportsmen aren’t the only ones who will enjoy the simplicity of a 4 oaks cabin. Because the cabins are within walking distance of each other and share a covered pavilion and group fire pit, they make great places to get larger groups together. Family reunions, class reunions, church groups – you name it. This cabin is pet friendly. Guests may have two (2) small dogs with a $20 per night non-refundable pet fee. All dogs must be kenneled if left alone in the cabin. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or in/on the beds otherwise additional cleaning fees may apply. During your stay you will have access to all unlocked areas of the property. Cabinets, closets, and any outbuildings which are locked are not available for guest use. The amenities provided for each cabin are for the use of that cabin only. You will also have use of the following at each Kiamichi Cabin: \- Fire pit – firewood not provided \- Free Wi-Fi \- Grill – most properties have a charcoal grill, a few still have gas grills. \- Hot Tub \- Washer and Dryer Located in separate wash house shared between 4 Oaks cabins. It is accessible with same code as your cabin. Broken Bow is an experience like no other. And we do everything we can to make sure you get the most out of that experience. Whether it’s setting up reservations for activities you desire, or stocking your cabin with groceries, our full service management company can help with it all. Which leaves you more time to experience the splendor that is Broken Bow. Located in the heart of Kiamichi country lies the incomparable splendor of Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Beaver’s Bend State Park, the Ouachita National Forest and the Kiamichi Mountains, this is the place to lose yourself in hunting, fishing, hiking, canoeing. The place to find yourself while surrounded by tall pines, crisp rivers and clean mountain air. The place to make memories that you will draw on for a lifetime. The Beavers’ Bend / Hochatown area does not have public transportation. There is at this time a private ride share company that will pick up and drop off between most cabins and area attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc. There is currently not any Uber or Lyft options. All cabins located in the Hochatown area are 5 to 15 minutes from most destinations around the lake and park. This of course depends on traffic. Summer and other peak holidays experience higher traffic, typically Fridays after 2pm and Saturdays between 10am and 4pm. Offpeak weekends and midweek stays should expect shorter traffic times Cabins located further north of Hochatown are an additional 15 to 30 minutes from the Hochatown area. This additional distance should not be impacted by traffic. The park and lake itself are free to enter, there is however a fee to park. During peak periods you should plan on a wait at most restaurants. This Property is dog Friendly - Please see the following for restrictions/ guidelines/ fees. \* 2 dogs maximum \* weight limit of 80 lbs for a single dog or Check in time is 4PM or later. Check out time is 11AM. Additional fee of $100 will apply to late check-outs unless otherwise approved. All cabins are Non-smoking. RVs, Campers, and Tents are not allowed to be used on cabin property, overcrowding fees will apply. ATV and similar vehicles are not allowed to be ridden on the cabin property. The use of Fireworks and/ or Guns is prohibited on cabin property. Hot tub covers are to remain in place when not in use. Do not stand, sit, dance, or otherwise use the cover for anything other than its intended purpose. Pets are welcome at Kiamichi Cabins on a Cabin by Cabin Basis with the following restrictions: Maximum of two (2) dogs. If bringing a single dog, the weight limit is 80lbs. If bringing 2 dogs, the weight limit per dog is 40lbs. No dogs are to be left unattended. All dogs must be kenneled if left at cabin. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or on the furniture. An additional fee of $20 per night will apply - regardless of how small or cute your dog is. Everything is set up so nice and every space is used just right. I would have loved to leave the door open to look out from time to time like a screen or outside glass door but the way it’s set up is just superb. Yall did that!!! Great Job. We couldn't figure out how to get the fireplace to work, but we did find space heaters in the closet to help when we needed to take the chill out of the air. The location was wonderful and so close to everything that we wanted to do. Overall it was the perfect place for us to stay. I would definitely recommend this cabin for two people! ##### Stephanie S. Everything was perfect! My husband and I wanted a quiet weekend to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and thats what we got! The cabin was perfect, clean and had everything we needed! We got groceries at a local store and cooked our meals there. The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was an incredble amenity! We used it more than we thought we would because it was so relaxing.
