This cabin is ready to check off all the boxes for your small group vacation. Are you looking for privacy mixed with convenience? Done. Pinyon Pine is centrally located, easy to find, and close to dining, shopping, & entertainment – some are even within a short walk from the cabin. Within just a few minutes you can go from the cabin to most local attractions and must-do destinations! You will be just a three minute drive away from having a seat at either slot machines or the dinner table at Choctaw Landing Casino. But the great part is that when you are back at the cabin and want to separate from the on the go crowds and just slow down and enjoy the company of your own group – Pinyon Pine has you covered there as well. A large covered and private back deck will help set the tone you are looking for. The perfect location for an evening beverage and some fine dining straight from the grill to your plate, then as dusk settles in and the fire flies start their show – you can head on down to the fire pit. Tucked into a quiet corner on this large wooded lot, this is the ideal place to laugh at old memories while making new ones. But we don’t expect you to spend the entire time outdoors – Pinyon Pine will delight you just as much inside. Enjoy the open living and kitchen area, perfect for preparing meals, playing games, and catching a show. The ready to cook kitchen comes with what you will need to prepare most family meals – all you need are a few ingredients to get things cooking. Then settle down in front of the gas fireplace (Seasonal of course!) and binge watch a few shows or make plans for your next day’s adventures. To get you through the night Pinyon Pine has a king size bed downstairs and a queen bed upstairs. There are bathrooms both upstairs and down for your added convenience. Free cable and WiFi are included as well. Whether you are watching the world go by with a cup of coffee from the front deck or watching the world go dark with your favorite wine from the back deck – you will find yourself in the perfect spot to enjoy your escape to Kiamichi Country. The cabin has a level, easy access parking area, with plenty of room for boat and ATV trailers. This cabin is pet friendly. Guests may have two (2) small dogs with a $20 per night non-refundable pet fee. All dogs must be kenneled if left alone in the cabin. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or in/on the beds otherwise additional cleaning fees may apply. During your stay you will have access to all unlocked areas of the property. Cabinets, closets, and any outbuildings which are locked are not available for guest use. The amenities provided for each cabin are for the use of that cabin only. You will also have use of the following at each Kiamichi Cabin: \- Fire pit – firewood not provided \- Free Wi-Fi \- Grill – most properties have a charcoal grill, a few still have gas grills. \- Hot Tub \- Washer and Dryer We use express check-in and checkout. Our goal is for you to have the least amount of interaction with our staff as possible. If some issue does arise, we will work to keep interruptions to a necessary minimum. Staff and management are local to the area. Directions & access code are sent out a week prior to arrival using one of the following methods: Kiamichi Cabins Website or Agent Bookings – information will be emailed one week prior to scheduled arrival. VRBO / Expedia Family - – information will be emailed one week prior to scheduled arrival. AirBNB - – information will be sent through the AirBNB messaging app one week prior to scheduled arrival. Our office is not open after 5pm or on weekends – emails are not checked regularly during this time. Located in the heart of Kiamichi country lies the incomparable splendor of Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Beaver’s Bend State Park, the Ouachita National Forest and the Kiamichi Mountains, this is the place to lose yourself in hunting, fishing, hiking, canoeing. The place to find yourself while surrounded by tall pines, crisp rivers and clean mountain air. The place to make memories that you will draw on for a lifetime. The Beavers’ Bend / Hochatown area does not have public transportation. There is at this time a private ride share company that will pick up and drop off between most cabins and area attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc. There is currently not any Uber or Lyft options. All cabins located in the Hochatown area are 5 to 15 minutes from most destinations around the lake and park. This of course depends on traffic. Summer and other peak holidays experience higher traffic, typically Fridays after 2pm and Saturdays between 10am and 4pm. Offpeak weekends and midweek stays should expect shorter traffic times Cabins located further north of Hochatown are an additional 15 to 30 minutes from the Hochatown area. This additional distance should not be impacted by traffic. The park and lake itself are free to enter, there is however a fee to park. During peak periods you should plan on a wait at most restaurants. This Property is dog Friendly - Please see the following for restrictions/ guidelines/ fees. \* 2 dogs maximum \* weight limit of 80 lbs for a single dog or Check in time is 4PM or later. Check out time is 11AM. Additional fee of $100 will apply to late check-outs unless otherwise approved. All cabins are Non-smoking. RVs, Campers, and Tents are not allowed to be used on cabin property, overcrowding fees will apply. ATV and similar vehicles are not allowed to be ridden on the cabin property. The use of Fireworks and/ or Guns is prohibited on cabin property. Hot tub covers are to remain in place when not in use. Do not stand, sit, dance, or otherwise use the cover for anything other than its intended purpose. Pets are welcome at Kiamichi Cabins on a Cabin by Cabin Basis with the following restrictions: Maximum of two (2) dogs. If bringing a single dog, the weight limit is 80lbs. If bringing 2 dogs, the weight limit per dog is 40lbs. No dogs are to be left unattended. All dogs must be kenneled if left at cabin. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or on the furniture. An additional fee of $20 per night will apply - regardless of how small or cute your dog is. The specific picture of the cabin online is a tad bit misleading because it isn’t secluded as it looks. As far as everything else Caine delivered a perfectly cozy and peaceful cabin once again!! You are right off the road, the backyard does have privacy. Lots of traffic on the corner road. The bed is horrible! Super hard! Very clean.
