It has beautiful countertops and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. It offers a choice of a Keurig K-cup coffee maker (starter pack available) or a traditional coffee pot. Ample seating at both the table and bar ensures that everyone can gather together for meals or fun-filled game nights. • The master suite 1 - boasts an ensuite bath. It has a spacious, lovely walk-in shower and a luxurious soaker tub. The tub has a captivating view of the outdoors. The U-shaped driveway is spacious enough to accommodate a boat or ATV trailer, providing additional convenience for outdoor enthusiasts. From the U-shaped driveway, you will ascend via paved steps leading up to the cabin. Embark on exhilarating hikes through the breathtaking Kiamichi Forest, with trailheads just a short drive from the cabin area. Delight in the thrill of boating on the pristine waters of Broken Bow Lake, discovering hidden coves and picturesque vistas. Indulge in the allure of the region's wineries, uncovering new flavors and experiences. Plus, Hochatown offers an array of captivating attractions to discover and enjoy. This invaluable resource will simplify your journey and enhance your overall experience, allowing you to make the most of your time in this extraordinary destination. ◆ Boat Slip ◆ The cabin is located an 8-10 drive from Broken Bow Lake, where you can locate a public shared boat slip. ◆ Property's House and Security Policies ◆ Maximum Occupancy: 8, 4 adults and 4 children. Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without a refund. Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay. You will be required to sign a rental agreement. A $300 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution. The deposit will be processed through an Airbnb-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the Airbnb platform, including email and messaging. ✱If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay. For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. We do not permit the following at any time: No Pets, No Smoking or Vaping of any kind, No Fireworks Permitted, No Parties! Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property. Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens. Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups. We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out. The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1. Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice. Welcome to the "wasp season" from November to December and early spring! During chilly nights and early mornings, followed by warm days, wasps tend to gather on rooftops in search of warmth. While it doesn't necessarily mean there's a wasp nest in the house, they are essentially in hibernation mode, seeking cozy spots. Generally, they won't bother you much, but we kindly ask you to keep the cabin doors and windows shut to prevent them from entering. Just a heads-up: there's wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture! Stay buzz-free and enjoy your time in the cabin! Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000\. The cabin is stylish, clean, and had everything we needed. The amenities are outstanding for both adults and kids, and our two families (total of five guests) loved every aspect of the cabin from the comfortable beds to the firepit to the hot tub to the arcade. In addition, Nick the owner, went above and beyond making us feel welcome and responding to any questions we had on our trip. My sister in-law and I decided to take our kids up to Broken Bow for the long President’s weekend. Everything we needed to access the cabin had been sent to us in advance to our arrival. We did great on our commute to the cabin and we were granted access 15 minutes before our check in time, which was perfect as it allowed us to use the restroom and start unloading for the long weekend. The cabin was beautiful, spacious, very clean and organized. It comfortably accommodated 7 of us (2 adults) (5 kids) with extra space. One thing that really stood out is the cabin came with extra soft blankets, which the kids loved and the beds came with layers of blankets which was perfect for the cold nights. The beds were all super comfy and we all slept like a baby. The cabin came fully equipped with a kitchen and everything we needed to cook our meals. The cabin came with plenty of towels, which was perfect for showering and the jacuzzi. The host Nick was super helpful, friendly and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay so much that we requested that Nick extend our stay for one more night. The location was ABSOLUTELY perfect! Everything was a quick drive away and the cabin was on a hill, and the views of the sunrise and sunsets were everything you could want! We look forward to coming back SOON! ##### Tiffany N.
