As you move through the main level you will find 2 generous bedrooms, separated to opposite sides of the house each furnished with king-sized beds and equipped with luxurious ensuite bathrooms for maximum privacy and comfort. There is a full-sized laundry facility closet and utility closet. Also part of the main open living area is the attractive Kitchen. You will find this beautiful space fully equipped with granite countertops and everything you need to prepare a full meal, including an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, crockpot, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and Keurig Coffee Machine. The kitchen is fully stocked and supplied with all the essentials including dishes, flatware, and cookware. An additional beverage refrigerator is also included so that you have plenty of room for entertaining beverages during your vacation stay! Down the hall is the 3rd bedroom/bunkroom with 2 queen & 2 full beds with a secretive play cave for the kids! Enjoy the foosball, arcade game, or just chill in front of the 55" TV enjoying your favorite movies. When you venture out back through the kitchen, you will find yourself on a covered and spacious deck with so many choices of areas for relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. This is your private oasis to make lasting memories in Broken Bow — the kind of escape you'll want to return to again and again. ◆ Property Policies ◆ Maximum Occupancy: 12, Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund. 1 dog allowed, max 50lbs ABSOLUTELY NO CATS NO EXCEPTIONS Pool can be heated in the cooler months. A $100/day heating charge will apply if you choose to heat the pool. You must notify us that you'd like the pool to be heated prior to your stay! You will be required to sign a rental agreement. A $500 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution. The deposit will be processed through an Airbnb-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the Airbnb platform, including email and messaging. ✱If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay. For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. We do not permit the following at any time: No Smoking or Vaping of any kind, No Fireworks Permitted, No Parties! Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property. Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay. Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens. Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups. We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out. The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1. Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice. Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway. During the week, we checked out the maze at Hochatown. We tried an escape room in Broken Bow. We went to the state park and hiked. We also kayaked. We even tried our luck at the new casino. These were all great experiences, but there was plenty of things to do at the cabin that we didn't need to leave if we didn't want to. We tried several of the local restaurants and the food was great everywhere we went. The floor plan was perfect for what we needed. The kids loved the pool and they had plenty of space to hang in the bunk room. The adults enjoyed having two primary bedrooms and bathrooms. The cabin was also clean and well stocked which we appreciated. I have been to Broken Bow many times and have always stayed a little further North closer to town and the distillery so I was a little unsure if I would like the location. I have to say, it turned out to be great. We were able to avoid the holiday traffic on some of our outings and it is super close to the new Hochabow complex which is definitely a great new addition. It was my husband and me...our daughter and son in law, and 3 grandsons. The bunk room with tv and games was a huge hit. All boys said they wanted to live in this house permanently! It is in such a beautiful area! and so many activities on the property. We really didn't need to leave..but we did rent a boat on the lake and let the boys go tubing. They loved it all. The kitchen is very well supplied, as we ate most meals there. The weather was pretty mild..but it was great having the pool! The boys even got in the hot tub! The beds are all very comfortable, and we all loved the big showers. All in all, it was a wonderful time and I wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely like to come back when it is cooler, and take advantage of the fire places! ( and my son in law and one grandson went four wheeling for a few hours...only 40 minutes away..so another idea for entertainment) ##### Karen D.
