Tucked away from the main road but only minutes from Hochatown's top attractions, including restaurants, entertainment, and Beaver's Bend State Park, this charming cabin is sure to delight. As you drive through the scenic State Park to reach the cabin, you'll find ample parking and be welcomed by the soaring vaulted ceiling and double-sided fireplace. Cozy up on the comfortable couch in the living room while enjoying your favorite shows on the 65-inch screen or competing against each other on the arcade system with over 300 games. The spacious memory foam, King-sized mattress awaits in the open-concept bedroom, complete with a claw-foot tub and shower in the adjacent bathroom. Upstairs, the second bedroom loft features a comfortable memory foam Queen-sized mattress, television, and a bird's-eye view of the entire 1000 sqft cabin. Enjoy the wrap-around deck with plenty of seating, a propane grill for BBQ dinners, and a brand new 4-person hot tub. In the evening, gather around the upgraded fire pit on the comfortable Adirondack chairs surrounded by towering trees. As the morning sun peeks through the cabin's high windows, head into the fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary appliances to prepare a full meal. Laundry facilities are tucked away behind two large doors in the kitchen. Sleeping up to 4 guests with 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed, 'The Cascade' is dog-friendly, with a 50$ pet fee per dog and a limit of 2 dogs under 50lbs. No cats are permitted on the property, and pets must be crated if left unattended in the cabin. Please note that the hot tub is drained and cleaned before each arrival, and cups of chlorine are provided for each night of your stay after the first night. The only buttons you need to push are the jets and lights buttons. Additionally, the fireplace is turned off from April to September, and guests must not touch anything other than the timer located beside the arcade system. Trash bins are located outside the kitchen door on the deck, and the cabin is located in the woods, so expect small critters and bugs. We do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs. Enjoy Broken Bow Lake just around the corner, with ample parking for your boat to explore the 14,000-acre lake with kayaking, fly fishing, and swimming. Map out some hikes while you're here in the national State Park, known for its stunning trails perfect for photography. The cabin was cozy and very nice, right in the heart of beavers bend. The lake and river where close and easy commutes, made it easy to run back to the cabin for a quick lunch and head back to the lake or river. The beds where a bit firm for our taste but they were nice beds and clean. The only problem we faced was the driveway is at an incline and it is loose gravel rocks so we had trouble getting out at first, so if you don't have a 4 wheel drive vehicle i would park at the top of the driveway near the road to avoid any issues. Had everything we needed for when we got iced in due to weather. Hosts are very responsive and always checking in to see if you need anything. Hot tub was so relaxing! We had a wonderful stay! The property was secluded and on a corner which was the privacy we were hoping for. We appreciated all the small details like a well stocked kitchen with cooking supplies. There were extra blankets and pillows, and the bathroom was beautiful. The hot tub was clean and easy to use/quick to heat. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. The hosts were quick to respond to questions as well as provide little details to help with the stay. ##### Natasha D. Firmer side of memory foam. Bath tub goals! Hot tub was great, privacy for the hot tub was wonderful. There are neighbors that had zero privacy to their hot tub and patio, but this cabin has fencing AND a privacy screen. The best part about the stay was the hosts. The hosts were checking in frequently, messaged us about the directions to the working indoor fireplace. (So easy btw to turn on) I don’t have a single negative. Also, most places have a long list of to-do before leaving, and this one had maybe 3 simple requests for leaving/ check out. ##### Nikko J. Some things we enjoyed: the hot tub was wonderful. It was a quiet setting. The cabin was very pretty and had everything we needed. Some things that could have been better: the bed was very firm and uncomfortable. Some may like firm, but we prefer a soft comfortable mattress. The parking area was hard to get in and out, especially in the rain. The claw foot bathtub was also the shower and not a good combination. ##### rodger c.
