DAMAGE WAIVER OR DEPOSIT: As part of the reservation, we do require a damage waiver fee charged or damage deposit. RENTAL AGREEMENT: We ask guests to sign a rental agreement for their reservation. RECOMMENDATIONS: We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our refund policy. NO SMOKING: or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $500 charge if this rule is not followed. SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters acknowledge and accept that the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras to protect the cabin. PETS: Pets are allowed with a small fee that is charged at booking. Beautiful location. The hot tub got some use, as did both the indoor and outdoor showers (both very cool and fun). Had coffee and muffins on the porch in the morning (can recommend the muffins from KJ'Z Coffee Shop in Broken Bow). Sat by the fire pit in the evening (only one night, had rain the second unfortunately), that was lovely.In short, everything was perfect, no notes. Highly recommend. ##### Steve D. It lives up to its frankly massive list of amenities and it is clear the owners/manager put a great deal of care into the design and care of this property. Would recommend highly if you are planning to to stay in or near the cabin. Getting back to town is a bit of a trip and the road to it could certain pose some challenges to certain vehicles with the wrong weather. We will very likely be back! Everything worked as it should. The bed was very comfortable. It has a nice hot tub and out door shower. The road going in and out was very steep and hard on a 2 wheel drive car. The host was VERY attentive with very frequent checkups on us. The overall all stay was fantastic and relaxing it is very secluded and quiet.there. ##### Austin N. It’s a great retreat from the hustle and bustle of life. It’s quant, cozy, and everything you could need or ask for in a cabin in the woods. We were greeted by 4 deer as soon as we made the final turn onto the road which the cabin is located. If you have not been here before, it is difficult to locate the cabin from the main road at night. Thankfully my wife saw a light on the right through the trees.
