Lovely cabin in a nice location. Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to Hochatown and all the attractions. The property manager was also very responsive any time I had a question.A few things that could be improved 1- there were multiple lightbulbs out throughout the cabin 2- there wasn’t a trash receptacle outside. (So all trash for seven people for 4 days had to stay inside the cabin). We were worried about attracting animals so didn’t want to place the trash out on the porch. 3- the tile in the master shower is super slippery; This tile was probably not a tile intended for use in a shower and future guests should be very careful in there.

Cabin was super clean and cozy ! We enjoyed the hot tub and games they had ! Internet was fast enough for me to do some work a well. Great location and great place to stay! Jessica was super friendly and informative ! Will stay again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The host was very responsive and friendly. It had all the amenities we needed. It was family friendly and even had a highchair and pack and play.

#### Family Trip to OK

Everything was great from beginning to end. The property was very accommodating for all ages. It felt like we were at home. We all enjoyed our time together at Blue Buffalo. The only negative was the room with the Pac-Man game had food wrappers and grapes on the floor. Overall it was a great experience

#### Highly recommend!

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and very much enjoyed our time there. The toddler loved the swing set. The teens loved the hot tub. Everyone enjoyed the fire pit, family movies, and games. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed as far as the kitchen, towels, and laundry room are concerned. It was nice that there was a pack and play for the infant already there too.Only complaint was that the water pressure is very low in the master shower, but that was a minor thing. Host is very helpful and communicative, and the local guidebook they sent was very helpful!

#### Needs some maintenance

Overall, the cabin is fine; however, there are definitely areas that need maintenance. For example, the dishwasher is not attached to the cabinets and falls out when opened. Also, the TV is so high you get a headache watching it. The master shower tile is clearly not rated for floors because it is so slippery my husband and I both fell. The tub drain in the guest bathroom barely drains at all and has corrosion. The door to the laundry room does not latch properly.Overall, I will say the home was extremely clean, but the house is for sale, and it does not appear the owner checks the house to make sure everything is in order.

#### So much to do without ever leaving

We has a great time with a goal of kids being technology free (Pac-Man doesn't count) and it was easier than I expected. So much to do and even with mother nature raining for most of our weekend, no one cared. They bounced between being in the rain, playing Pac-Man and board games and being in the hot tub.They had what we needed to make meals as far as utensils and cookware, really it was an easy stay for so many reasons. Kids picked their beds and spread out and I had a great night sleep.I would definitely recommend and am jealous of even more of the things we could of done if the weather hadn't chosen to surprise us with cold and rain. Although I am not sure the kids noticed.

#### Overall excellent stay

We enjoyed our time there for an extended weekend. Activities available for elementary age kids are great. We appreciated the smores and firewood. A few negatives- There was a pool of stagnant water by the steps in the back with growth - like there was a leak under the cabin (but it's probably from the tub draining between stays). Arcade was not working at the time of our stay but host mentioned that it would get fixed. Water pressure is weak in shower.

#### Modern cottage

This cabin was the perfect size for my birthday weekend get away. The hot tub was ready when we arrived & the host had left far more wood than listed for us. Check in was a breeze. Just showed up and went in, same with leaving. Host was pretty responsive. My only complaint was the living room tv picture was messed up which sucked bc it was the only place we could really join together to watch movies. I had let the host know though & I don’t think she did beforehand so despite it kind of taking away from the experience I would still 100% come back!
