The house is a great size, clean and close to town. The game room is very fun for the whole family! The grill does need to be cleaned because it’s rusted and we were unable to use it.

Relaxing

My family had an excellent time . It was short but very enjoyable. We will book again for longer next time . I thought I saw a swimming pool in the photos. It wasn’t only a hot tub. Other than that we had an amazing time.

Fun Getaway

Fun Family Vacation

My kids loved the game room! Natalie was very communicative and a very lovey host. Only item to note if you have small children, the backyard is not enclosed and is by a road. We didn’t have an issue but you do have to be more mindful if kids play in the backyard.

Great location for family

My husbund and I and our 3 young kids stayed here during the solar eclipse and it was fantastic. The property manager was great at communicationand quick replies to all our questions. Our children enjoy the iutdoor space with swinging benches and fire pit.

Perfect everything place!

I can’t say enough great things about this rental and the hosts. We enjoyed a very nice long weekend with our son and a couple of his friends. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked with anything we needed. The game room was a huge hit with the young adults that joined us. The property and home were gorgeous! Family weekend getaway

We loved the house we had a great time. Enjoyed being outside and just relaxing and enjoying the day. We also all enjoyed the game room. The host was wonderful and kept in contacted and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay so much that we even extended a night! Very clean rental and communication with Natalie was very easy. Home is not far from all the attractions in Hochatown. Kids would not leave the game room. Will plan our next stay soon!

Awesome place in great location in Broken Bow!

Super fun place (the game room was a hit!)...Very convenient location...Enjoyed the hot tub as well...A little too cold outside to enjoy the fire pit, patio, or outdoor games, but had a great time regardless! Manager was very attentive and addressed any questions we had right away...Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this house. It was clean and in a great location! Our children loved the game room and hot tub! The adults also enjoyed the game room. Loved the backyard. Property manager stayed in contact with us through out our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely book this property again!

Amazing Property

This property is more than sufficiently stocked. The grounds are beautiful && sprawling. We came for the state parks but ended up spending 2 days at home due to the amount of things to do. We played ball outside, oozed scores in firepit, relaxed in the hot tub && played lots of arcade ga.es, pool && shuffleboard.

27th anniversary weekend

We had a wonderful time together. We just wanted to be alone together. There are so many ways to have fun at this property. We played pool, shuffle board, darts, hot tub-bed, built a fire, played Trivial Pursuit, dominoes, horse shoes and corn hole. We cooked together. We went hiking. And our hostess sent us a lovely gift of the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever eaten in my life. We are definitely coming back. There is so much more we want to do.

Best Property so far!

As a family, we have been going to Broken Bow/Beaver’s bend area for the past 8 years. This property tops our list at #1. From the amenities to the condition of the house and not to mention the communication with the property manager. Natalie made sure we were taking care of and truly cared about our stay. The kids did not want to leave the house, from the game room to the outdoor activities like the swings, firepit and hot tub. Very quiet area but not completely isolated. We will be coming back to this property next time.

The PERFECT place to stay!

Our family absolutely loved this house! I'm a major bed snob and have never stayed in another house where I slept comfortably. My husband is a big guy so most mattresses let me know everytime he moves. Not this one. We both slept better than we do on our own bed! The whole house is cozy with lots of throw blankets to wrap up in, the kitchen is well stocked with nice appliances, pots & pans, mixing bowls, etc., the game room is amazing, the hot tub was pristine, the grill seemed to be brand new, the water pressure was great, and the house is very well insulated. The whole area lost power for a few hours during the 8° weather we were having and we never got cold at all. I seriously can't think of one bad thing about our stay, this house, or the host. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Outstanding property with an incredible owner

We were so excited to stay here and the property did not disappoint. It was so beautiful and peaceful there in the arcade room was so much fun for our family. The air hockey table has seen some good use so the park tends to bounce around a lot but it actually made it more fun for us.The only issue we had during our entire stay is the hot tub was unfortunately not operational due to a break in the water line that fills it. It impacted all the cabins in the area at the time we were there. The property manager and maintenance staff did everything they could to get it working for us over the 3 days and offered us multiple ways to make it right which we really appreciated.Overall I highly recommend staying here it was wonderful.

Quick getaway

Clean property. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Plenty of seating to watch a movie together and in the dining room to eat together. Communication was easy and she checked in often to make sure everything was good.
