The cabin is outfitted with a ready to cook kitchen - cookware and dinnerware provided – comfortable furniture, large flat screen TV, and free WiFi. Even with all the comforts and amenities inside, you will continue to find yourself drawn out of the cabin. Sparks Fly is tucked into the trees on a large wooded lot off a quiet paved road. The spacious covered deck is the perfect hangout for dining outside, taking a quick nap, reading a book, or spending time with that special someone. The deck leads to a private hot tub gazebo where you can spend evenings relaxing. If you love a good campfire, and who doesn’t – then you will love the specially designed fire pit waiting for you at Sparks Fly. For those who are hoping to spend time exploring the area, you will love this location. Sparks Fly is within just a few minutes drive of the State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and adventures like zip lines, kayaks, and horseback rides. All the local dining, breweries, wineries and shopping are also close at hand. Choctaw landing Casino is a short 3 minute drive away where you can take a chance on slots and tables, or hit a jackpot with in house dining options and Starbucks. Whether your getaway is to celebrate fresh new shiny sparks, to feed a steady flame, or to uncover a smoldering ember that day to day life keeps kicking dirt over – we hope you find everything you need at Sparks Fly. The cabin is off a paved side road and has a large parking area that is suitable for boat or ATV trailers. This cabin is dog friendly. Guests may have two (2) small dogs with a $20 per night non-refundable pet fee. All dogs must be kenneled if left alone in the cabin. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in/on the beds otherwise additional cleaning fees may apply. During your stay you will have access to all unlocked areas of the property. Cabinets, closets, and any outbuildings which are locked are not available for guest use. The amenities provided for each cabin are for the use of that cabin only. You will also have use of the following at each Kiamichi Cabin: \- Fire pit – firewood not provided \- Free Wi-Fi \- Grill – most properties have a charcoal grill, a few still have gas grills. \- Hot Tub \- Washer and Dryer We use express check-in and checkout. Our goal is for you to have the least amount of interaction with our staff as possible. If some issue does arise, we will work to keep interruptions to a necessary minimum. Staff and management are local to the area. Directions & access code are sent out a week prior to arrival using one of the following methods: Kiamichi Cabins Website or Agent Bookings – information will be emailed one week prior to scheduled arrival. VRBO / Expedia Family - – information will be emailed one week prior to scheduled arrival. AirBNB - – information will be sent through the AirBNB messaging app one week prior to scheduled arrival. Our office is not open after 5pm or on weekends – emails are not checked regularly during this time. Located in the heart of Kiamichi country lies the incomparable splendor of Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Beaver’s Bend State Park, the Ouachita National Forest and the Kiamichi Mountains, this is the place to lose yourself in hunting, fishing, hiking, canoeing. The place to find yourself while surrounded by tall pines, crisp rivers and clean mountain air. The place to make memories that you will draw on for a lifetime. The Beavers’ Bend / Hochatown area does not have public transportation. There is at this time a private ride share company that will pick up and drop off between most cabins and area attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc. There is currently not any Uber or Lyft options. All cabins located in the Hochatown area are 5 to 15 minutes from most destinations around the lake and park. This of course depends on traffic. Summer and other peak holidays experience higher traffic, typically Fridays after 2pm and Saturdays between 10am and 4pm. Offpeak weekends and midweek stays should expect shorter traffic times Cabins located further north of Hochatown are an additional 15 to 30 minutes from the Hochatown area. This additional distance should not be impacted by traffic. The park and lake itself are free to enter, there is however a fee to park. During peak periods you should plan on a wait at most restaurants. This Property is dog Friendly - Please see the following for restrictions/ guidelines/ fees. \* 2 dogs maximum \* weight limit of 80 lbs for a single dog or Check in time is 4PM or later. Check out time is 11AM. Additional fee of $100 will apply to late check-outs unless otherwise approved. All cabins are Non-smoking. RVs, Campers, and Tents are not allowed to be used on cabin property, overcrowding fees will apply. ATV and similar vehicles are not allowed to be ridden on the cabin property. The use of Fireworks and/ or Guns is prohibited on cabin property. Hot tub covers are to remain in place when not in use. Do not stand, sit, dance, or otherwise use the cover for anything other than its intended purpose. Pets are welcome at Kiamichi Cabins on a Cabin by Cabin Basis with the following restrictions: Maximum of two (2) dogs. If bringing a single dog, the weight limit is 80lbs. If bringing 2 dogs, the weight limit per dog is 40lbs. No dogs are to be left unattended. All dogs must be kenneled if left at cabin. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or on the furniture. An additional fee of $20 per night will apply - regardless of how small or cute your dog is. Even the hot tub had already been heated up for us. Clean and nice little getaway. My only complaint would be, is that I feel like there could be a few items that the owner could possibly supply to the renters, such as a grill scraper d/t it being caked with food that previous users had used, along with a lighter to light the grill to be able to use it in the first place.. Or put on the listing that that stuff is not provided. Also, there were plenty of dishes, but there were no available items to use, such as salt or pepper, like prior places I have stayed in before. ##### Ashlee S.
