"Everything. They didn't want to provide new towels daily. No one cleaned my room and I was there for 4 days. Leaky ceilings. Drug addicts walking halls. Smelled of marijuana. And the hot clerk tried to charge my debit card 3 times for $150, $100, $50 and it was because I dirtied a towel."

Omni Parker House
5/5 Excellent
"Great location. I would stay there again and would highly recommend this property to family and friends "
A verified traveller from Greeley stayed at Omni Parker House
"The decor was opulent and the staff was exceptional. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Valet parking made getting in and out a breeze. The location was perfect for touring Boston by foot. Our rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds and nice hot showers. Only minor complaints are that the mini fridge was really tiny and there are no microwaves in the building. I definitely recommend this gorgeous hotel and would stay here again...just dine out only and toss leftovers!"
"Great stay at the Langham in Boston from check-in to check-out. Beautiful hotel, lovely decor, very clean in main areas and rooms, very comfortable bed and quiet room with great a/c (was hot when we were there). Concierge was kind and helpful. All staff were very kind, friendly and professional. Complimentary coffee (machine) in lobby in the morning. Had breakfast one morning at Grana - beautiful room and had a wonderful breakfast (was sorry I didn’t discover it until my last morning). Hotel is in a downtown location, so not near “shopping” (other than Faniel Hall area shops which was maybe 5-8 min walk) but was able to walk to many of the tourist locations in 10-20 mins. Right next to a lovely little park with a cute cafe which I enjoyed as well. Felt safe at all hours. Also right at a subway station if needed. If downtown area works for your travel plans this is an excellent option! I hope to return!"
