Located only 100 yards from the inner harbour, the apartment also enjoys the convenience of being a short walk from all the local amenities, shops and restaurants in Brixham.  
  
The property is a first floor two-bedroom apartment with its own private entrance, fantastic sea views and an open plan kitchen, living and dining area with a door opening out onto a balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal during your stay and the living area is comfortably furnished with seating and a Smart TV with Freeview, the perfect space to relax in with your loved ones after a day’s adventures. Discover the two stylish bedrooms which each offer a peaceful night’s sleep. The first with a kingsize bed and the other with a zip and link kingsize bed which can be split into twin beds if required. The shower room is fitted with a shower cubicle and heated towel rail.  
  
Life in the busy Devon fishing town of Brixham has always centred around the harbour, where heritage trawlers jostle for space, with day boats heading out to sea for the day’s catch, bringing it home daily to Brixham’s famous fish market. Here, in the heart of England’s seafood coast, the freshest fish and most delicious seafood is on the menu everywhere. Brixham is the quintessential English harbour, with a colourful and vibrant feel all year round, making it as ideal for a summer holiday with the kids as it is for a romantic winter break for two. Enjoy the many cafés and restaurants serving seafood landed just metres away, or take a stroll along part of the South West Coast Path which runs just a very short distance from your front door. The property is in close proximity to the neighbouring Devon resorts of Torquay and Paignton, as well as many other locations on the South Devon coast, making it the perfect base for exploring the English Riviera.
