With 4 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 1 futon, and 1 pull out couch, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with modern amenities like a hairdryer and shower. Whether you want to work out in the fitness room or unwind in the sauna, hot tub with the tranquil surroundings, this terrific property has something for everyone. This home has it all, with a walkout basement that leads right to the lake, lakeside decks and a patio to enjoy your morning coffee or the breathtaking sunsets. A sandy beach, with a wood burning sauna (available in the summer months), an additional electric sauna located in the home. A Jacuzzi tub for those who prefer the water a bit warmer. The beach has a shallow entry to the lake and a great swimming area for children to play. The Space This home has a full kitchen and multiple areas of living space including a rec/fitness room, living room, den, dining room, breakfast nook, spacious laundry room, 2 saunas, hot tub, 3 decks, and a patio. PARKING Paved driveway with room for four vehicles. Please park only on the paved area. Do NOT park on any grassy areas. Garage access is available upon request for an additional fee. TAP WATER The tap water on this property is tested annually and is safe to drink. However, please note that our well water may taste different from your home water. OUTDOOR AMENITIES This property features 3 decks and one patio. An outdoor grilling, fire pit, cornhole game, shallow lake entry, a boat dock, various non-motorized water toys, and a limited number of life vests. This home is at the doorstep of miles of ATV and snowmobile trails. Bring your toys for hours of adventures and exploring. There is enough room to park trailers in the driveway. FIRE PIT and grill Dry firewood and lighters/matches are provided free of charge. Please use the designated fire pit for any outdoor fires. GRILL A Gas grill and grilling tools provided. LAKESHORE, DOCK, and WATER TOYS This property has two adult kayaks, one child kayak, and a limited number of personal floatation devices (life vests) available for guest use during the summer months. The clear and sandy shoreline along this property makes it easy to launch kayaks and other non-motorized water toys. Summer guests also have access to 60 feet of private dock space that can accommodate your own watercraft (power boat, pontoon boat, jet ski, etc.). See information on the next page regarding boat launch options for motorized watercraft. BOAT LAUNCH FOR YOUR OWN WATERCRAFT There is no public boat launch at this property or on Sand Lake. However, Voyageurs Sand Lake Resort across the lake from this property provides a fee-based boat launch and offers various watercraft rentals. Contact Voyageurs Sand Lake Resort directly for more information. We are not responsible for any issues related to launching or operating your personal watercraft. Guests have access to the entire home and yard. Note: Garage access is limited with the workstation locked off and detached garage locked with no access approval. Séjour de 7 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Jeff C. 18 févr. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Great basecamp for northwoods fun This was the perfect spot for our annual cousins gathering...every thing we needed was there. The home was comfortable, cozy and the sauna and jacuzzi tube were perfect after long days on the snowmobile trails in sub-zero weather. We had fun as a group and although we like to move around every year to experience different places, we are definitely considering coming back to explore more of the Iron Range. Trails were great, and the people we met along the way were very friendly and welcoming! ##### Jeff C.
