The home features polished timber floors throughout and a large open plan kitchen with a microwave, gas stove and Nespresso Coffee Machine (bring your own pods). The deck with gas BBQ and dining area overlook the native bushland. There is also a Bluetooth Mini Speaker for listening to your favourite tunes. There are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other bedroom with two single beds. Both are air conditioned although once the screened windows are open, the breezes start to flow through the home. Billa Street is well known for it's proximity to the heart of Point Lookout and is walking distance to all shops and beaches. Please note that this is a "no screen" cottage but is a very easy stroll to the Straddie Pub to watch any special events on their big screen. Linen Supplied and beds made for your arrival. I suspect this a generic setup but needs to be updated for each rental as we filled a box with totally superfluous stuff that was already there. I realise this is more work for you but real basics like s & p sugar washing up stuff should be mandatory for owners. A few minor problems that we sorted due to non information but looking about sorted them. Loved arriving on s hot & sticky day to find aircon & fans going. Nice touch. ##### chris f. Short walk to the beach and bus stops which then take you into the main townships. Would recommend an island pass if staying for more than 5 days.
