With a short walk across the road to the dog park and tidal beach, it is a great place to stay. The downside for us was the house was not extremely clean and had dead cockroaches in all the rooms and on the counters, probably from the house being recently sprayed, but it meant having to vacuum and clean on arrival, which we didn't expect for the price we paid. The BBQ was dirty and the gas bottle empty which meant we went without using it for our stay. The oven didn't work and took a couple of days to be repaired, costing us more money for takeaway. The real estate agent seemed unconcerned with our complaints and we will therefore not be booking through them in future. ##### Maxine M. Located in a quiet cup-de-sac with balcony views to the passage hosting amazing sunsets, the house offers everything you need for a beach holiday. The layout upstairs and downstairs works to allow everyone to have space and also offers spacious entertaining areas when everyone is together. House was extremely clean with personal touches in decor throughout the property. The bbq bar and seating area downstairs was a great place to cook up a feast. Upstairs the balcony was the place to be for a morning coffee and sunset drinks. Heaps of parking, dog friendly secure fencing, well looked after luscious tropical gardens and extras provided made this property feel more like home than a holiday let. Plenty of fridges to store food and drinks and great range of cooking and serving ware. Lovely property for a stay in Banksia Beach. ##### Lee H. The photos online do not do it justice . There are 3 beautiful areas to sit and relax so if you have a big group and they need to spread out they can.
