Set back from the hustle and bustle of the inner City living, this contemporary home delivers a masterstroke of design and sophistication. Situated in the blue-chip suburb of Paddington only 3km from the Brisbane CBD. This newly built family home showcases the perfect blend of open plan living combined with a luxurious and light-filled resort style feel. Constructed to the highest standards this home will take your breath away from the moment you walk through the front door.  
  
Coffee nearby: Across the road you will find Quinton at Quava Espresso – He just makes coffee, no food or tea but great for a morning coffee and chat.  
Cafe Bema: Does great breakfast and lunch and is in easy walking distance  
Madra Mia: If you love Acai bowls you will love this place  
Hope and Anchor: Great spot to stop for a coffee or drink along with a bite to eat.  
Yo-Chi: This is in Rosalie, delicious frozen yogurt  
Rosalie Deli and Bardon Shed: Both great for preprepared meals, fruit or deli items.  
Botanica: Great salad shop  
You will find so many restaurants in Paddington and also Rosalie which is slightly further.  
  
SUPERMARKET  
Woolworths in Paddington Central on Latrobe Terrace is the closest supermarket. There is also a postoffice, butcher, barber, bakery, pharmacy, doctor and a few other small services in this centre. It is 700m. Turn right out the gate and then left at the lights.  
  
ATM  
You will also find this in Paddington Central near Woolworths  
  
The bus stop for Route 375 which will take you to the city and back is around the corner opposite Paddington Hardware. You will need to purchase a GoCard to use public transport in Brisbane. You can do this from the newsagent at local shopping centre, closest is at Paddington Central.
