Gained a room upgrade (thanks) as the booked room was not ready. All else was good except the internet connection. The original room connection didn't work, so an alternative was provided. I booked the two bedroom Apartment and we were given a three bedroom apartment. It was nice and clean, spacious, and felt looked after. We used the hot pool and pool facilities, and found them nice and tidy too. Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that.
