Lockbox key access was nearly a disaster. The fence across the street is littered with such lockboxes. The only useful information about which one was "next to purple wall", which is halfway down the block and looks pitch black when you arrive on a dark, rainy night. Call to service number wasn't answered. Finally found correct box but could barely move tumblers to correct number. Only one key for two people with separate schedules. The bed. It was the worst mattress I have ever slept on, I woke sore and stiff for duration of my stay. It was very hard with no give at all so I slept on couch for remaining 2 nights. 2\. There was a lovely patio to take in the views of the city but no outdoor furniture to sit and relax on.
