I was put in a room next to a heavy smoker who was very loud well into the early hours and inconsiderate of other guests. The road is quite busy. It was however clean and tidy and close to the airport. Staff were very helpful

I liked, above all, the manners of the staff. The lady who checked us in and the gentleman who helped me with my UBER booking were models of helpfulness and of easy natural good manners. I am happy of course with their skill and efficiency: good manners wins me every time.

I have stayed at other quest motels and they have been good but the quest Ascot is so old and dirty, no lift had to take suitcases up 2 levels , it’s so old would not recommend it

The service from staff was amazing but unfortunately this was let down by the outdated & noisy rooms from other guests doors slamming & holes in bathroom door not covered up & stains around the place.

This is not a 4-star hotel as advertised. The grounds around the pool need to be weeded, and the pool lounge chair covers were stained and wet so that they could not be used. The patio is shared with the unit next to it, so there is not much privacy. Our bathroom door had a hole in the back of it, and the toilet seat needed replacing as it was old and stained. The website is unclear as to the cooking facilities which were only available in the apartment, not the studio. There were doors slamming in the hallway and the noise from the jets landing at the airport was noticeable.

Arrived after hours but no one would answer the after hours number. The number hung up and eventually after around 15-20mins they responded. Not good enough. Otherwise all was fine.

We stayed in room 6B. It had a broken bathroom door knob which kept locking us out of the bathroom. It happened twice throughout our overnight stay and each time there was someone there to fix it within 15 mins, however it was extremely annoying, especially when busting to go to the toilet! When I pay for a hotel room, I expect to have access to all of it for my entire stay!

Good enough space and clean but for foul smell as we entered (late, after hours) the toilet had been used with remnants remaining, horrible. The whole place was clean and nice but a used toilet is NOT cool. Great location close to racecourse st. Friendly reception staff earlier in day when we picked up key.

We have stayed at the property about 4 years ago as very convenient for early morning flight and was fine for a short stay. This time room was clean but very, very tired especially the bed . The poor condition of the bed with a lack of soundproofing meant we had almost no sleep. May be handy to the airport but unless we hear property is upgraded we won’t be staying there again.

very friendly staff. We were also able to get into our room in the morning when we arrived - this doesn't happen at too many properties these days. Walking distance to Eagle Farm for the races and to restaurants. Very quiet.
