The living area is tastefully furnished with a plush sofa, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that flood the room with natural light, creating a serene atmosphere for relaxation or entertainment.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, where you can gather with family or friends for memorable meals and lively conversations.  
  
Retreat to one of our two comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed with cozy linens, ample storage space, and tranquil vibes for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom features a luxurious queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience.

Other Things to Note:  
Linen: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.  
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay but we do not replenish, you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out.  
Airtrip is an offsite property management, should have any questions or concern please reach out to us directly via the messaging platform.  
  
Additional rules:  
Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay!  
\- All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm  
\- Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.  
\- No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.  
\- Key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours.  
\-Our standard check-in time is at 3 PM. If you arrive after 9 PM, there will be a late check-in fee of $120.  
\- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour. Keys need to be left in the apartment before the check-out time. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish.  
\- Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.  
\- Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests that leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.  
\- We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.
