It's a great space if you're travelling for work or on holiday and need a place that's calm and relaxing. Your space is set in a private part of the house and comprises two rooms: a bedroom with a queen size bed, a sitting room with a desk if you need to work, and a private bathroom. The kitchen, dining, verandah and laundry are all shared spaces. Located conveniently between the Gold Coast and Brisbane, approximately 5 mins from the Shops and bus stop 5 minutes down the road. The best feature of our space is that you have two very comfortable areas (bedroom plus sitting room) to yourself, plus a private bathroom and separate toilet, all within yourself n own private entry from the hallway - see drawing under photos. Apart from your use of all the facilities, there also is a large veranda with trees all round and a view that goes for miles. PLEASE NOTE: Please do not book if you are SMOKING or VAPING. This is a strictly non-smoking/vaping property. We have an 18 month old and he has so much patience with him. We are grateful to have such a wonderful stay. Our room was very comfortable , it was sad leaving it! Keith loves chats but also respects privacy so you pretty much have your own space , unless you’d like to go out to his lounge area for some chit chats haha. He would go above and beyond to meet our needs especially with our child. As we had just moved here, he also offered me and my son a ride to the mall which was so helpful as it was raining and I had no transport.
