Excellent stay. Proactive and responsive host was able to accomodate both my last minute booking and my request for a late checkout. Unit is a clean and comfortable studio on a high floor, and it has all the things you need for a nice stay (e.g., fridge, microwave, wine glasses, aircon, furniture, chairs, soap, etc.). Unit has a nice city view, too. It is perfectly located in the center of the CBD and super close to everything, including restaurants, pubs, pharmacies, the river, and public transport. Easy 24hr self check-in, and a super easy check-out process. Great overall value. Only downsides are the unit doesn't have a balcony (but the host has other units that do), and two of the four room lamps don't work (desk lamp and nightstand lamp near window).
