Walk to beach. Nestled in the quiet street of Bigoon Road, this charming three-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage is the ideal getaway for families or small groups. Situated just a two-minute stroll from the local grocery store, "Bob's Shop," and a popular Fish and Chip shop, convenience is at your doorstep. Guests can also enjoy a leisurely walk to Cylinder Beach, The Gorge Walk, Straddie Hotel, and other nearby attractions. The cottage features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area on the ground floor, which is air-conditioned to ensure comfort year-round. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a Queen bed, while the second bedroom accommodates up to three guests with its three single beds. An additional double bed downstairs provides extra sleeping space if needed. After a day at the beach, the outdoor hot and cold shower is a perfect bonus for rinsing off the sand. The cottage's private, shady front yard is perfect for relaxing or hosting BBQ lunches, often accompanied by visits from local kangaroos and curlews. While the property is not fully fenced, there is a backyard enclosure where pets can be kept in your absence. The home is equipped with WiFi, allowing guests to stream their favourite shows on Netflix or stay connected for work purposes. Facilities: Dishwasher, Fridge-Freezer, Microwave, smart TV, Top-load washing machine, Clothes dryer, (shower over) Bath-tub, Gas BBQ, screened doors and windows.
