Renovated Central Village, Mountain Views Spacious Ski-In/Out condo. Summer A/C

The unit is on the second floor providing privacy and safety. It is close to the elevator and stairs.
The condo faces the west side so you can see the Slopes and village. The west side is where you get the best light.
The condo was recently renovated with Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, and new furnishing.

Lockout versatility. Renting this unit is really like getting two units. One side has a lock-out door, a separate entrance, a full bathroom, a fridge and microwave, a small table and a queen bed and a queen Sleeper sofa. On the other side of the lockout is a one-bedroom condo with a second room with a king bed, a second full bathroom with an oversized soaking tub and shower, a full kitchen, dining area, and living room with queen queen-sized sofa sleeper and fireplace. This unit will easily accommodate two small groups or families. Each has its own bathroom and private space. The lockout room is also great if you’re bringing kids as there are video games on the TV in the back of the lockout.

Two 10K BTU AC units are provided in the summer for cooling of the unit.

Several ree use washer/dryer rooms are located throughout the building.

The unit has baseboard heaters and a fireplace to warm it up in the winter. T

Powderhorn Lodge is the most distinct and recognizable accommodation in the European-style Solitude Village. The village is an intimate ski-in/ski-out community where the slopes are steps away. The village is home to Club Solitude, an exclusive members-only (free to Powderhorn guests) area that has extra entertainment for everyone. Its pool is well-heated and includes two hot tubs and a waterslide. Indoors, the Club boasts a pool table, foosball, a theater room, four Xbox 360s, board games, and two computers with printer and internet access. It also has men’s and women’s saunas, a fitness room, and a spectacular great room with fireplace and library.
