This charming 1-bedroom house is the perfect retreat for 2 people, offering a blend of comfort and relaxation. The bedroom is bright and welcoming, paired with a sleek, modern bathroom. The house is only a 6-minute drive from Brighton Amex Stadium and the University of Sussex, and for those who love the outdoors, the stunning South Downs walking trails are a short 5-minute stroll away. The beautiful Rottingdean beach is just a 10-minute drive for a peaceful coastal escape.  
  
Inside, the living room boasts a large, comfortable sofa, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. With high-speed WIFI, a TV, and full use of the kitchen, this house provides everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.  
  
The entire property is exclusively yours, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay. No need to share with other guests—enjoy the space all to yourself. I live locally and am readily available should you need anything during your stay.

Additionally, we have a strict noise policy in place to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of our neighbors.
