This small private hotel is run by the owner himself a very friendly and outgoing person who never fails to leave a smile on his customers faces. The hotel its self is very cozy with a very European atmosphere and an is sat directly opposite the Royal Pavilion and trust me he makes the best coffee in is very cozy little launge. It's well worth the stay and I will definitely be returning again. As for Brighton itself. If your looking for good food, lazy walks by the sea, stunning sunsets and some peaceful ME-TIME or your looking for a fun weekend away with fantastic cocktails and dinning options or your simply going away for somewhere inspiring to work from home then BRIGHTON is definitely the place to go. The room was comfortable and clean. The lay out of the bathroom facilities was a little different to what we used to, the shower being in the bedroom area but still private. There is tea and coffee making in the room, always a winner in my book and having a fridge is a bonus. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The welcome was friendly, the room was reasonably large. Unfortunately they were the only positives for me (( I know it’s a hostel, but I paid USD 158, so I’ll review it on the price paid for two nights. No sound insulation, so I was woken at 2am by noises outside, a person walking in the bedroom above etc. Bed uncomfortable and the bed linen was very rough with a worn hole in it. For me, the prime purpose of a hotel is for sleeping.
