Spacious studio apartment in the heart of the City Centre.  
Just 100 metres from Brighton's seafront and 15 minute walk to  
the Brighton Centre and 10 minutes to the Pier. Sleeps up to 5 guests

BEDROOM AND LIVING SPACE  
There are two double sized bed made up with fresh linen and a sofa, coffee table and wall mounted Smart TV so you can comfortably relax and watch a movie.  
  
BATHROOM  
The modern, tiled bathroom has a great shower and plenty of guest towels and toiletries are provided.Sleeps up to 5 guests  
  
KITCHEN  
The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware plus a pod coffee machine and a microwave. Tea, coffee, sugar, some cooking basics are provided. There's a dining table for sharing a relaxing brunch.  
  
The apartment has plenty of charm and character with a fireplace (not for use)
