You can explore The Laines and get lost in the maze of winding streets, with its array of cafes, pubs and jewellery shops. The Flat is a short bus ride away from the centre of Brighton and a 30 minute stroll from the beach front and the i360, which is worth a visit on a clear day with its stunning panoramic views of Brighton and the coast. I travel a lot for work across the UK and overseas, and this has to be one of the most comfortable and well-stocked places I've stayed in, with excellent wifi and the fastest heating system I've ever experienced. The well-stocked bookshelves are an absolute delight!Be aware that on-street parking is only free from 8pm to 9am daily, and is limited to four hours during the day. Also note that the two flights of external steps up to the flat may be hard for anyone who has difficulty walking, a pram/pushchair or lots of luggage.
