With a huge yard in the back, along with plenty of parking, our home is the perfect spot for any gathering or getaway! We have noise sensors that alert us if decibel levels pass a certain threshold, and we have unfortunately had to ask guests to leave for violating this rule. Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us. We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $750 fine for violations, and have also had to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule. To access the house, enter the code we provide in your reservation check-in instructions, and press the CHECK to unlock. Pull them out from under the couch and raise up the extra mattress section from underneath the couch. Remove the couch pillows to make space for two! Air Mattress: Designed for camping, our air mattress is extra-sturdy and provides a wonderful sleeping space for two. To inflate, please plug in the pump and wait for it to charge. Once the light on it is solid (not blinking), unplug the pump, insert the end into the air mattress, and flip the switch to inflate. You’ll find extra linens and towels in the pullout couch storage compartment as well. Extra Linens: Underneath the chaise section of the couch you will find four bath towels and four hand towels, four pillows, a comforter, and extra sets of sheets and pillowcases for the couch and air mattress. The location was just 1.5 miles away from the church which was great. Although there are two full baths, 1 upstairs and one in the basement, it was a bit of a challenge to have the master bedroom, 2 other upstairs bedrooms and anyone upstairs use the 1 bath upstairs. One suggestion would be to put the sofa bed downstairs. Or have one up and one down. Granted, there was a blow up mattress that was used downstairs but there is plenty of space for a trundle bed or sofa bed. Don’t get me wrong, the space is good, it’s been updated and it’s really cute. I would have just arranged sleeping a little differently. ##### Pilar C.
