The house is conveniently located just a 6-minute drive away from Brighton Amex Stadium and the University of Sussex. For nature lovers, there are lots of walks across the South Downs that can be accessed with just a 5-min walk from the house.  
For beach lovers, the beautiful beach in Rottingdean a 10-min drive away.

Brighton Marina is a popular destination for those looking to enjoy a day out by the sea, with plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from, as well as a cinema and bowling alley. The seafront offers stunning views of the beach and the water, and there are plenty of bars, cafes, and restaurants to enjoy along the way.  
  
Brighton Pier is an iconic landmark that attracts visitors from all over the world, with its amusement park rides, arcade games, and fish and chip shops.  
  
The neighbourhood also offers a peaceful and picturesque setting, with lots of green spaces and parks to explore. The South Downs National Park is just a short walk away, offering stunning views of the countryside and plenty of hiking trails.  
  
Guests have several options for getting around the neighbourhood, including public transport, driving, and walking.

In terms of parking, The property features a private driveway, providing guests with a convenient and secure parking option. This means that guests can park their vehicles off the street and have easy access to the property. the property has free on-street parking available. However, please note that parking spaces can be limited, particularly during peak times. Guests are advised to park responsibly and to be mindful of any parking restrictions in the neighbourhood.  
  
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and in consideration of our neighbors, we kindly request that the lead guest who books this property is over the age of 21. To maintain a peaceful environment, we have a strict noise policy that must be followed between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes refraining from loud music or parties.
