Each apartment sleeps up to 6 guests and provides its own private charm, allowing you to relax and rest. Yet your group will benefit from direct access within the building, giving you the opportunity to get together anytime to celebrate the moment! Just up the road to Brighton's world famous pier and beach these 6 self contained apartments could not be better positioned. The property can accommodate up to 36 guests, with each apartment providing modern comfortable amenities including fully equipped kitchens, and living rooms with WiFi and smart TVs streaming all your favourite shows. Perfect for large groups, families, working professionals and corporate team building events. These apartments will leave you buzzing from a perfect Brighton getaway! Each apartment contains zip and link twin beds or double beds. All beds are made up for your arrival with all linen, bedding and towels provided, sufficient for the number of guests in your group. 1 minute walk to the North Laines and City Centre Close to Brighton Pier Garden Views Newly Refurbished (June 24) Bright apartments in a central location. This is the perfect place for large families or groups to get away. IN ADDITION • There is an iron, ironing board and hairdryers in each apartment for guests to use. This apartment is a great place for a family to relax and holiday together, it's also perfect for a group of friends or professionals. We want you to have the best possible experience with My Getaways. Here’s a friendly Guest Guide to help your stay run smoothly Our Guest Promise We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time! Check-In We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid. Damage Deposit We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost. Smoking To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!) Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group. Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. Pets This property is not pet-friendly Check-Out Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please: Wash up the used dishes. Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins. Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location. Switch off the lights. Close all windows. Turn down the heating. These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts. Age Policy The lead guest must be 21 or over.
