Sleeping up to 6 guests and just moments from North Laine with its walking streets, cafes, restaurants, cinemas and pubs - you'll be set for both great shopping and nightlife. Just up the road from Brighton's world famous pier and beach, this apartment could not be better positioned. The spacious, bright living room includes a double sofa bed and Smart TV for streaming all your favourite platforms. A dining area seating up to 6 guests is teamed with a fully equipped kitchen including a washer dryer. This central apartment is perfect for couples, families or working professionals will leave you buzzing from a perfect Brighton getaway! Buzzing Brighton Apartment 5 is situated on the third floor. 1 minute walk to the North Laines and City Centre Close to Brighton Pier Newly Refurbished (June 24) Bright apartment with spacious living areas and central location, this is the perfect place for couples, professionals or for a family to get away. KITCHEN / LIVING AREA The living area has a tonne of natural daylight pouring in and the fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, oven, kettle plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 6 guests. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and double sofa bed not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV or make use of the designated work space. BATHROOM \- The bathroom has a shower over the bath, sink, mirror and toilet. We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mat. BEDROOMS There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time! Check-In We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid. Damage Deposit We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost. Smoking To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!) Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group. Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. Pets This property is not pet-friendly Check-Out Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please: Wash up the used dishes. Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins. Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location. Switch off the lights. Close all windows. Turn down the heating. These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts. Age Policy The lead guest must be 21 or over.
