Located on Brighton Marina's East jetty, it offers a private terrace with panoramic Marina views and free parking a stroll away. Brighton Marina boasts restaurants, bars, cinema, and more with Brighton City Centre a short bus or taxi ride away. A unique place to stay to relax and explore Brighton from. Outdoor Balcony and all you need for a short stay. The Brighton Water Cabin is a quirky floating holiday home directly on a jetty. It’s tiny but cosy, part houseboat, part luxury beach hut. On the sunrise side, at high tide, you can see the majestic white cliffs of the Sussex coastline. On the opposite side, weather permitted, you will be able to enjoy spectacular sunsets overlooking Brighton Marina, surrounded by yachts and seagulls. A truly unique break! The house is located within Brighton Marina Village, just outside the city of Brighton&Hove. Brighton Marina is the largest of its kind in Europe with over 1,300 berths. Whilst the centre of Brighton is only a short drive away, there is a wide variety of activities directly on your doorstep, including a choice of restaurants and pubs, boat trips, coastal walks and of course the beach! The staircase to the mezzanine level in this property may not suit those with limited mobility. Here’s a friendly Guest Guide to help your stay run smoothly Our Guest Promise We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time! Check-In We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid. Damage Deposit We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost. Smoking To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!) Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.
