« Brilliant location, you can walk into town easily along the seafront. Narrow stairs and about 5 flights of stairs so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, however everything else about the property was brilliant. We were a hen do of 18, plenty of things to cook with/serving dishes, plugs next to every bed for phone chargers, hairdryers in the dressing room. Plenty of bathrooms/showers (although the shower in the ground floor doesn’t drain well). All in all, excellent! »

« Really great location for a family of 6. Good sized rooms. Lower bedroom could do with the door opening, and parking is definitely only for one space, but otherwise a nice place to stay »

« The house and its equipment are as described. Good communication with Jonathan who gave us useful places to visit before our stay and a welcoming basket at our arrival. The house is comfortable, clean and close to commodities. Several walking trails allow you to discover the surroundings. The train from Brighton to London Victoria is very convenient to visit London (one hour trip). We recommand the house and will come back with pleasure. »

« Property was very well kept, nice and clean, well stocked kitchen. We were a Family of 4 adults and 2 children, and there was ample space for us not to be on top of each other. Nice large lounge, and a large kitchen. Bedrooms were all double sized. There was a gate that could be closed across the drive to make the back garden secure for kids and dogs. « Maison très confortable, spacieuse, moderne, bien équipée, à la propreté irréprochable. Située dans un quartier agréable et très pratique (tous les commerces sont à 2mn à pied),très bien relié au centre de Brighton par des lignes de bus (environ 20 mn de bus). Merci à Bex qui a été d'une grande gentillesse et réactivité pour nous aider en toute occasion. Une adresse que nous recommandons très vivement. »

« A group of 15 of us stayed at the property for the hen do and everyone raved about the house. The location was so perfect with no need to get a taxi at all over the weekend. The use of the key pad to get in meant there was no faffing with who had the key which was perfect for a large group. There was plenty of rooms unlike many others in the local area where there would be large numbers in one room so everyone had a good sleep regardless of what time they got in! - the lounge fitting us all in...

« Maison typique anglaise très bien située à quelques minutes à pied de la plage, du Pier et du centre de la ville. Très bon état et literie neuve. Une des 3 chambres est vraiment très petite (juste la largeur d’un lit 2 places) et la grande chambre donne au dessus d’un Pub donc parfois bruyant le soir. Mais nous avons fait un excellent séjour. »

« Lovely little place close to lots of eatery’s and seafront »

« We stayed for 3 days after our 14-night cruise and were able to wash and dry all our clothes. The washing machine was very handy. The provided clothes hanger had seen better days but we made it work. The location was fabulous and close to heaps of restaurants and pubs. We caught the local bus to Lewes for fun and had a great day. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. We would recommend to stay here. »

« It was a lovely flat with plenty of space but we were disappointed with the condition. The shower and toilet were very dirty and the sofa had all the seat cushion zips broken and the stuffing hanging out. Was not worth the money we paid and there was no welcome from the owners or information about local events etc. »
