The property backs on to Bennetts Walk and there is an enclosed yard for your pet. This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group) BEDDING CONFIGURATION (Sleeps a maximum of 6 people)\* Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with ensuite Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - 2 x single beds All linen and towels are supplied. KITCHEN & DINING A modern kitchen in an open plan kitchen, dining & living area layout. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer and electric stove/oven. The dining table can seat up to 6 people LOUNGE Featuring two living areas, the main living area forms part of the open plan kitchen/dining/living and the other can be shut off from the main living area. Both areas have TV's & DVD. This property has WIFI HEATING & COOLING The property has ducted heating/cooling throughout plus a wood fire for the chilly months. \*PLEASE NOTE firewood is not provided at this property and can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations. Secure, private modern home.The 2 living areas are perfect, and were appreciated by us.
