« Arrived to a warm welcome, supplied with all information required and reassured there was 24 hour cover should it be needed. The room was spotless, comfortable and had everything required. We were able to alter the heating to suit ourselves, making our stay very comfortable. The ensuite had ample big fluffy towels and luxury toiletries. We even had a yellow rubber duck. Breakfast was great...a substantial menu but happily did just scrambled for myself and baked beans for my husband. Also...

« Absolutely charming! The owner and staff outdid themselves with welcoming us later in the evening and making sure to seat us in the quite lovely dining room for a hot meal before retiring to our spacious guest room upstairs. The room was today and had lots of thoughtful amenities: tea, coffee, a variety of snacks, lots of toiletries. Breakfast was very good and served with warmth and hospitality. Definitely a wonderful place to stay. »

"Very nice and confortable hotel, and well located. The rooms and the place itself is in a classic british style. Breakfast is very nice and it is cooked on demand, which in my opinion may be a down-side, if you're not willing to spend 45 minutes for the breakfast (which esa my case most of the days as I was in a work stay). "
