Located on 2nd floor (sorry no lift) with sea view the apartment has an open plan kitchen with dining area and lounge. Shower room accessible from either the lounge or the bedroom. Electric heating, no gas to the property, the electric is via £1 coin meter located in the kitchen. Towels are not provided so please bring your own. Bed linen and tea towels are provided for your convenience. On-street parking with free permit. The property is located on the North side close to the Leisure Centre, minutes from shops, cafes, bars, cinema, amusements and the historic harbour. 10 minutes walk from The Spa theatre. A nice cliff top walk to Sewerby Hall (or a landtrain ride if you prefer) makes a great day out with various attractions and activities for young and old.
