Each floor has something unique to offer. From the spacious kitchen to the cozy living room. The master has 8 windows and a 4 foot sky light with additional seating area. We are on the snowmobile trail F14\. A short drive to Mt Cranmore and Shawne peak. During the summer there is much to do. You can rent a canoe or tube and float down the Saco river. Most all of the ski areas have activities like downhill mountain biking. Lots of stairs, but all for the best reason to get to the top huge bedroom and look out to an array of fall colored trees and deer – seen even from the second story living room window! The tv was small but had streaming services and in a cozy living room with board games. The beds were comfortable, heating and wifi worked well, washer and dryer functioned perfectly, fully stocked kitchen, and it was a very peaceful rural stay only 20 minutes from Conway. I will 100% be back next fall, and maybe even in winter and summer! We did notice immediately on walking in that the building smelled of cigarette smoke. This was quite a big issue since we had a baby and my husband has breathing issues. We were able to air the house out enough to breathe decently. The house itself was very nice to stay in. Not the safest place for a baby with the open stairs but I didn’t expect it to be baby friendly so that wasn’t a big issue. Location was super close to ski mountains and stores are right down the road. Beds were super comfy and clean.
