Pleasant Mountain (formerly Shawnee Peak) is just 10 miles away, Sunday River is 38 miles. X-C ski and winter hiking trails nearby. House sleeps up to 12 people comfortably - there’s plenty of room for everyone! Outdoor area boasts a large private yard with a firepit, deck with screen room and lots of space for outdoor games. The main level of the house has a cozy living room, eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar, and dining room. On that same floor are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a third bedroom with bunk beds plus a twin bed, and 2 bathrooms. There is an additional room downstairs with a queen bed and a full bed, with sliding door to the front yard. We especially enjoyed the ping pong table, foosball table, and the huge selection of board games and DVDs.The backyard was truly amazing, with a beautiful fire pit and lots of wood provided. Bob and Erin were very responsive to any communication. Everything we needed was there for us, linens, dishes, towels, etc. Two families stayed here together with plenty of space.
