You won't have access to any other units or the main house/front porch, but you will have access to the communal covered porch, backyard, firepit, and area across the street by the river. Please respect our other guests and neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times, particularly if you are using the backyard fire pit. The Neighborhood: Right on Rt 4 in Bridgewater, VT, you will be nearby to local favorites Ramunto's and Long Trail Brewery and neighbor to fellow inn owners and residents. Getting Around: Right on US Rt 4 with easy access to Killington, Woodstock and Okemo. Corner Store is 1.3 miles away for gas and any convenient needs. We do not actively monitor the Ring cameras unless there is an incident. This technology is in place to protect the privacy of our neighbors and to keep you safe. Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. This home has 5 units and is located between our lovely neighbors so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times. If you are on the covered porch or in the yard after 9pm please keep your voices down and music off. Any disturbances to our neighbors will result in immediate check-out. Note: You have to be at least 25 years old to book. Please note that during the winter season, parking restrictions may apply to ensure snow removal and safety. My husband and I stayed here for a night while away on an anniversary celebration weekend. Checking in was very easy and well spelled out in both email and text message. We did not need to speak to anyone during check in and the security mechanisms the host has in place are excellent to ensure that no unauthorized people can get into the building, then a second security measure to keep unauthorized people from getting into the guest rooms themselves. The room we stayed in- Ben & Jerry- was clean and whimsically decorated with additional themed details. The bathroom was remarkably spacious and well-appointed.
