Very friendly staff! Amazing and clean hotel right by the Birch Run Shopping Outlets and Frankenmuth

Very friendly staff. If all you need is a place to lay your head for the night, this hotel is good for an overnight stay for travelers.

Not the worst hotel I have stayed at but I guess you get what you pay for. The entrance and the lobby were bright and clean in appearance. The room was a typical size with the normal beds, chairs, table, dresser, tall cabinet and TV. They have made attempts to remodel parts of the room/bathroom which is appreciated. There were many stains on the carpet and furniture. The room darkening curtains that were a cream color had stains of some dark substance on them. The light stands were rusted in several spots and there was a splatter pattern of something on the wall. Again, not the worst place I have stayed and these things I can mostly overlook since it was relatively inexpensive place to sleep. The biggest issue were the other guests and the lack of enforcing of policies by the staff. As most hotels, this was a non smoking establishment. However, the vaping of the marijuana was out of control. Our first night it was only in the hall, but our second night it was so overwhelming in the hallway that it was coming into our room from the 1/4” gap between the door and door jam. If that wasn’t inconsiderate enough kids were running, yelling, and pounding on doors until midnight both nights we stayed. The adults with these kids obviously were more concerned with their vapes than they were supervising these children.
