Renovated studio of 28sq-m for 2 people on the 5th floor of a residence with lift.  
East-facing balcony with a mountain view.  
  
Living room with sitting area with a small sofa.  
Kitchen area equipped with ceramic hob, microwave/grill, refrigerator, electric coffee maker and all necessary crockery.  
  
BEDS:  
Living room: 2 single beds (2 people - 90 cm).  
  
Bathroom with shower, washing machine and toilet.  
WiFi connection included.  
  
Outdoor parking is available at the foot of the residence, places not named.  
  
RENTAL CONDITIONS:  
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.  
Bed linen is not included for cure stays all year round.  
Bathroom linen and end of stay cleaning not included and on request.  
Deposit requested on arrival.  
Supplement of €30per animal per stay (maximum 2 animals).
