West-facing, in a residential area on the heights of Brides-les-Bains.   
  
Kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with dishwasher, microwave Grill, fridge with freezer, induction hob, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster.   
  
A pleasant living area opening onto a balcony/alcove fitted out to enjoy the mountain air.   
  
BEDDINGS :  
\- En-suite Bedroom : with storage case & dresser a 160 cm Queen size double bed and its shower room   
\- Living room: 160 cm queen-size sofa bed, rapido system.  
  
Shower room (located in the double bedroom) with walk-in shower.   
Spacious separate toilet.

There is a covered, secure, private parking space with access to an electric recharging point.
